A Message from the Owner

As spring approaches, we are thrilled to welcome an exciting season filled with new opportunities! I wanted to take a moment to address some of your questions:

When will the Norwich location open?

We are working tirelessly to launch our Norwich location! Although the process has taken longer than anticipated, we assure you that it will definitely be worth the wait. Our new facility will feature three 1,000 square-foot rooms equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Rest assured, our Jewett City location will remain open as well. If you have any class ideas, I would love to hear them! I’ll keep you updated on our construction progress. And my personal favorite feature? The water fountain for refilling your water bottles! We can’t wait to bring AAF to Norwich.

What’s happening this summer?

This summer, you can catch us at the Rose Arts Festival, the Brooklyn Fair, and the Big E. If you know of any festivals or fairs that would love to have us or if you're interested in participating, please reach out to Sarah!

Are there any programs for kids during the school break?

Yes, we are excited to offer kids' classes three days a week throughout the summer for ages 8 and up. More details will be available soon, but if you have any questions in the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact Sarah!

Why are bungee class times limited?

This is a temporary situation until our Norwich location opens. Currently, we have only two studio rooms with a full schedule. The good news is that bungee will have its own dedicated room again soon!

Are you hiring?

We are currently hiring for bungee instructors only. However, once the initial excitement of the new studio settles, I will be hiring for other positions as well! If you're interested in becoming an instructor, please email me at Jenn@aerialartsfitnessct.com, and I’ll provide you with all the details to get you prepared for when openings arise. Please remember that any certifications or training do not guarantee employment.
