Studio Policies

Please complete the Waiver prior to attending your first class as AAF.

Late Policy:

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class and you will be charged for the class. We are strict about this policy because late students disrupt the flow of the class and make the experience less positive for the students who arrived on time and ready to start class. The reason you are charged for the class is because we often have a waitlist. Unless you cancel ahead of time, your spot cannot be taken by the next person on the waitlist. So plan ahead, cancel 3 hours before class if you have to and be on time!

  • We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to class, so you are dressed and ready when class begins.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We have a 3 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled class or wait list, you will not lose that class. The class card will go back to your account and you will be able to use it for another class.

  • If you late cancel, you will lose the class from your package.***Monthly members will be charged $15.00 every time they late cancel a class.

  • There are no refunds on late cancellations.

Sign-up Policy:

  • If you know you are planning to attend class, please reserve your spot online. If you walk in to the studio without signing up, you will only be allowed to attend class if there is a space available. Please arrive very early if you  have not signed up ahead of time. You will need time to create your account and sign our liability release.

Wait List Policy:

  • When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. If another student cancels their reservation from class, a spot will open for those on the wait list. When a student cancels within the 3 hour cancellation period, you will receive an automatic email, letting you know you can book the class. These spots of first come, first serve so watch your email!

  • In case of a late cancellation, you will be notified by email to let you know you can book the class.

  • Please make sure we have a valid phone number and email, so we can easily contact you.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Once you purchase your classes, make sure you know the expiration date and use all classes before that date. We will not extend the expiration date.

  • If you can no longer use your classes, you may call us and transfer them to a friend.

  • We do not guarantee class times or classes will remain the same over the course of your class package or membership.

Pictures and Videos:

  • Taking pictures and filming others is not allowed in our studio without express permission. Please respect other students privacy. If you want to take pictures or film yourself, you are welcome to do so during the designated class time.

Age Limits:

  • Anyone aged 13 and older can take classes on our regular schedule.

  • If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental consent. Your parent needs to come to the studio with you, so they can sign the release form with a copy of their ID. This is for insurance liability purposes. Feel free to sign up for class, but make sure you are accompanied by your parent when coming in for your first class.

  • Ages 8-11 may sign up for our Kids and Teens Aerial Class.

Class Etiquette

  • Our instructors reserve the right to refuse entry into class any person who is intoxicated or appears intoxicated or under the influence. This is for your safety, our safety, and the comfort of the other students in the class. This applies to private parties as well. If you are refused entry to a class, you will not be given a refund.

  • Proper attire is required in all of our classes. No undergarments or see-through material will be allowed.

  • Cell phone MUST be silenced during class. No texting, taking phone calls, or pictures during class. You may take pictures after class. If you must take a phone call, please step outside and don't disturb your classmates.

  • No street shoes are allowed on the dance floor. Remove shoes at the door. We live in a cold climate where salt and sand are used on the streets. No one wants to dance on that!

  • No food or beverages other than water bottles are allowed on the dance floor.

  • No jewelry of any kind is allowed on the poles. Not only will the pole damage your jewelry, but it will also damage our poles. So leave the bling at home.

Visitors:

  • Observers are not allowed in classes. If you want to bring your friends, husbands, boyfriends, mother-in-laws, or grandmas they are welcome to sign up for class and participate. If you must bring them, they are welcome to wait outside the studio until class is over.

  • We do not have a separate area for children and they often become a distraction to the other students in the class. Take this time for yourself and leave the kiddos with a sitter.
