Service Description
Thank you for signing up for our Aerial Alt Fitness showcase! Before signing up for this, please read the FULL description for deadlines and information: ๐ Showcase sign up deadline: September 27th ๐ If there is a specific apparati you would like to use in your performance please let us know by October 10th (at dress rehearsal). ๐ There is a MANDATORY showcase rehearsal the Friday night before, (Friday, October 10th) at 7pm. In order to perform at showcase you must attend the rehearsal. All performances MUST be performed at dress rehearsal. ๐ your bio will be due October 4th. ๐Final cut of music will be due by October 4th. -if itโs a special cut/medley, please email as an MP3 or as a google drive folder/link to reaghanmandevilleaaf@gmail.com! -If itโs just a specific start time/end time, we can just have the song title and those times! ๐There is a class listed on October 4th to provide your bio and final cut of the song! ๐photo release waiver is due at sign up. This will be an attached link as a question when you are signing up for the showcase! ๐All deadline responses (song, bio, etc.) must be submitted to the class on October 4th.
Class Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class and you will be charged for the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time. If you need to cancel your class, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to the start of class in order to keep your class for use at another time. Monthly members will be charged $15.00 every time they late cancel a class. Parties must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
