New to pole? Welcome—you’re in the right place. Intro to Pole is designed for first‑timers and those looking to build a strong foundation in a supportive, empowering studio environment. This class introduces basic spins, grips, floorwork, and transitions while focusing on proper technique, confidence, and body awareness. No prior experience required.
Wear shorts with a t‑shirt or tank top for comfortable movement and grip. This class is done barefoot. Expect a fun, encouraging atmosphere where you can move at your own pace and discover what your body is capable of.

Beginner Pole | Level 1.5
Ready to build on the basics? Beginner Pole Level 1.5 is designed for students who are comfortable with beginner spins and grips and are ready to refine technique while learning new transitions and combinations. This class focuses on strength-building, smoother movement, and increased pole confidence while still breaking skills down in an approachable way.
You’ll explore slightly more challenging spins, flow, and floorwork while continuing to develop body awareness and control in a supportive studio environment.
Wear shorts with a t‑shirt or tank top for grip. Class is done barefoot.
Must complete Intro to Pole before signing up for this class.
