Step into your confidence. This class is designed for beginners who want to explore heels dance in a supportive, empowering, and judgement-free space-no experience needed.

We will break down the fundamentals of walking in heels, body movement, and musicality while earning beginner-friendly choreography that helps you feel strong, sexy and in control of your movement.

Clothing

Shorts and tank top or sports bra for comfortable movement and grip. Skin contract with the pole is essential for many moves, so the better your grip will be

Footwear
All Pole Classes are done barefoot unless specified otherwise. This gives you the best grip and connection with pole and floor
Important Reminders

Leave all Jewelry at home- rings, bracelets. and necklaces can stretch the pole and your skin. Avoid lotions and oils before class as they reduce grip.
What to bring: water, yoga mat (optional)
