Rebound (Mini Trampoline Fitness)

Low Impact. High energy. Surprisingly addictive. 

Rebound users a mini trampoline to give you a full-body cardio workout without the stress on your joints. Expect a mix of bounce, strength, sweating and smiling. Great for all levels, especially if you are getting back into fitness or want something that doesn't feel like a workout.

Zumba

Dance first. Workout second.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that turns cardio into a party. Easy to follow choreography, upbeat music, and a room full of energy. You don't need to be a dancer. You just need to move! perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to forget they're working out!

Heels Dance

Strong. Confident. Unapologetic.

Heels is all about owning your movement. You'll learn choreography that builds confidence, strength, and control while dancing in low heels (or sneaker) Expect a mix of floor work, musicality, and attitude, This class is about feeling powerful in your body, exactly as you are!

Twerk Booty Basics

Fun, Freeing, and a serious burn. 

Twerk focuses on lower body strength, isolations, and rhythm. You'll learn technique, drills, and combinations that build control while giving you an incredible workout. It's high energy, judgement-free!

Mat Pilates

Strength you feel. Control you build.

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, stability, and alignment using controlled, intentional movement. This isn't about rushing through rep. It's about slowing down engaging the right muscles, and building strength from the inside out.
