Service Description
Intermediate/Advanced Lyra is for students who have completed Intro (1), Beginner (2), and Beginner/Intermediate Lyra (2.5) classes. In this class, we'll focus on refining your technique while tackling more advanced moves, intricate flows, exciting drops, and much more! It’s all about pushing your skills to the next level and adding complexity to your Lyra practice.
Class Policy
Please be aware this class level includes an expectation that students have a proficiency in this apparatus as well as at least 1 (one) prior class at our studio to ensure our instructors are able to confirm your readiness. This allows us to ensure everyone is able to get the most out of their class time as well as for the safety of all students and instructors. If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class for your safety and you will be charged for the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time.
