Service Description
Build the strength you need to elevate your pole practice in our Pole Strength and Conditioning class! This class is designed to target the key muscles used in pole dancing, helping you increase your power, flexibility, and endurance. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, you'll focus on exercises that improve your overall strength and enhance your pole skills. All levels welcome – no matter where you are in your pole journey, this class will help you build a solid foundation to support your pole moves. Join us to strengthen your body and boost your confidence on the pole!
Class Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class and you will be charged for the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time. The Bungee Classes are held in the main building. Using the door on the right (door closest to Main Street) We are the second door on the right. If you need to cancel your class, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to the start of class in order to keep your class for use at another time. Monthly members will be charged $15.00 every time they late cancel a class. Parties must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
