Movement looks different for everyone, and at Aerial Arts Fitness that's exactly what we love about it. Maybe it's your first time stretching in a hammock, squatting in a bungee harness, spinning on the pole, or simply stretching in a way your body hasn't before .
Wherever you are starting from, this is a place where you can explore what movement feels like.

There's no pressure to be perfect here. Every class is about showing up, trying something new, and surprising yourself a little along the way. Over time you'll build strength, confidence, and silks you never thought possible.
